TERRIFIED Obama Says Flynn Case Dismissal Risks Rule of Law

(PoliticalLookout.Com)- Former President Barack Obama has been rumbled. His connection to the stitch-up of former National Security Adviser Michael Flynn is now on the record, and as he tries to worm his way out of complicity, he is warning the country that freeing an innocent man puts the rule of law at risk.

Give us a break!

Barack Obama commented on the news that the case against Flynn is being dropped in a leaked phone call that was published by Yahoo News on Friday. Perhaps the fact that Yahoo News is still a thing is as shocking as the contents of the call.

In the audio, Obama can be heard talking with the Obama Alumni Association, which is a group of former members of the Obama administration. During the discussion, Obama can reportedly be heard lamenting over the decision by the Department of Justice to free Flynn and drop the false charges against him.

“The news over the last 24 hours I think has been somewhat downplayed, about the Justice Department dropping charges against Michael Flynn,” he said. “And the fact that there is no precedent that anybody can find for someone who has been charged with perjury just getting off scot-free. That’s the kind of stuff where you begin to get worried that basic, not just institutional norms, but our basic understanding of rule of law is at risk,” he said.

Obama didn’t recognize, on the call, that Flynn was acquitted precisely because the charges against him proved to be fake. Documents revealed by the courts show that FBI officials purposely tricked Flynn and prosecutors coerced him into admitting guilt for something he didn’t do, to protect his family. The dropping of the charges against Flynn was not, as Obama describes, someone who has been charged with perjury “getting off scot-free.” It is a case of a man who was falsely accused and tricked being freed from the misery and pain he was subject to by members of the Obama administration.

Remember, Obama has beef with Flynn. He was the one who advised President Trump not to hire him, which Trump ignored.

Yahoo News reported that Obama “misstated the charge to which Flynn had previously pleaded guilty,” which is also true. Flynn was not charged with perjury, he was charged with submitting false tips to the FBI after being coerced into admitting something he didn’t do.

Obama, scared of the possible repercussions, said, “So I am hoping that all of you feel the same sense of urgency that I do.”

“Whenever I campaign, I’ve always said, ‘Ah, this is the most important election.’ Especially obviously when I was on the ballot, that always feels like it’s the most important election. This one, I’m not on the ballot, but I am pretty darn invested. We got to make this happen,” he said.

Sounds like someone is scared of what President Trump might do with another four years of power…
